Program rebranding: WAY TO GO
I facilitated a rebranding process for the WAY TO GO program (formerly RideshareKC) as program coordinator for the WAY TO GO program at the Mid-America Regional Council. This including conducting a robust audience research process, collaborative ideation, and creation of a new brand for the program, which included the development of a new logo, color palette, website, print materials, and social media graphics.
Report Design: Vision Zero Network
I managed design needs for the Vision Zero Network, regularly creating case studies, maps, reports, and resource guides. In 2023, I designed the 43-page report, Prioritizing Health Equity in Vision Zero Planning.
Media Campaign Creative Direction: Mid-America Regional Council
I collaborated on public media campaigns to celebrate Bike Month in May as program coordinator at the Mid-America Regional Council, including providing creative direction to a freelance illustrator for creative assets, filming and producing video stories with local cyclists, and collaborating with public affairs staff to implement a paid media campaign.
Event BrandinG: BikEWALKKC
Rebranded BikeWalkKC's biggest fundraiser ride of the year, the Tour de Bier. I created advertisements, promotional postcards and posters, apparel, and event banners. Recognition: Received "Best In-House Design" and "Best Special Events Branding" Philly Awards by Non-Profit Connect, 2014.
Website Design: LOCAL MOTION
Conceptualized and created new websites for Local Motion, Missourians for Responsible Transportation, and CoMO Livable Streets. I facilitated strategy sessions, created mockups, collaborated with staff, and assisted a developer in coding these websites.
Print Resources: Unified government of Wyandotte County & Kansas City, KS
I’ve worked with a multi-disciplinary design collaborative, Dotte Agency, the Public Health Department of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, KS, and the Community Health Council in Wyandotte County to support public health initiatives in Kansas.
